bodies sent to us for rebuilding are fitted for our custom slider.
These sliders can be replaced in the field in less than two minutes.
This feature allows you to replace damaged sliders at a fraction of the
cost of a new spring loaded tool. This feature allows you to do
maintenance and cleaning of the tubes with minimal machine downtime. |

Tips also feature easy starting to make precision installation easy.
Tool bodies and sliders are machined on Super Precision Hardinge GT
to extreme tolerances.
Most tools are shipped with 2 sliders for extra life.
Low cost spare parts are available. |
